Informational Week is a free preview week where you can:

  • Learn how The Work Lounge programs work
     

  • Experience real coaching and structured work sessions
     

  • Ask questions and participate in hot seats
     

  • Decide whether the New Year Sprint or Spring Session is right for you
     

There is no obligation to sign up.

What is the New Year Sprint?

The New Year Sprint is a short, 3-week program designed to help you reset, refocus, and build momentum before Spring Session begins.

It includes:

  • ADHD Coaching (Tuesdays)
     

  • Deep Focus Hour (Thursdays)
     

The Sprint runs January 13–30 and costs $47.

Which Sprint sessions are free?

The first Sprint sessions are part of Informational Week and are free:

  • Tuesday, January 13 — ADHD Coaching (Anchor Session)
     

  • Thursday, January 15 — Deep Focus Hour
     

All Sprint sessions after Informational Week require Sprint enrollment.

Do Friday events require Sprint enrollment?

No.

Friday community events are always free and open to everyone, regardless of Sprint or Spring Session enrollment.

What happens after the New Year Sprint ends?

The New Year Sprint ends before Spring Session begins.

You can:

  • Join Spring Session Tier 2 (cowork + body doubling)
     

  • Join Spring Session Tier 3 (coaching + masterminds + workshops)
     

  • Choose a standalone program if you prefer
     

Sprint enrollment does not automatically roll into Spring Session.

Are these programs virtual or in person?

All events are in person only.

There are no virtual or recorded options.

What if I miss a session?

Make-ups are available with limits:

  • Daytime participants may attend an evening session
     

  • Evening participants may attend a daytime session
     

  • Make-ups must happen within two weeks
     

Attendance limits are strictly enforced.

What is the attendance requirement?

Attendance is enforced using fixed absence caps:

  • 6-session programs: 1 absence allowed
     

  • 12-session programs: 2 absences allowed
     

Exceeding these limits may result in removal from the program without refund.

What if I arrive late?

  • Arriving more than 10 minutes late triggers a warning the first time
     

  • A second late arrival counts as an absence
     

Late sessions do not count toward attendance, even if you stay

Is there a Spring Break?

Yes.

There are no sessions held March 9–13.

  • No absences are recorded
     

  • No make-ups are required
     

The session timeline accounts for this pause

What is the refund policy?

  • Refund requests may be made up to 72 hours before the official program start date
     

  • After a program begins, no refunds are issued
     

If minimum enrollment is not met, programs are canceled and refunded no later than 48 hours before the start date

Do programs auto-renew?

No.

All programs are session-based. You must re-enroll for each new session (Spring, Summer, Fall).
